Jenna Darrah has both laboratory and field experience in qualitative and quantitative data collection and research. Her expertise is in the realm of human interaction and conducting research that involves usability testing, experimental design, product design and development, and statistical data analysis. Her graduate experience was mostly focused on decision-making and has developed her skills in a variety of user testing methods, including interviews and cognitive walkthroughs. She has experience collecting and coding large data sets and analyzing them in various statistical programs.
